**Equity Walk Update - Please review this communication regarding our Equity Walk.

Masks - As you may have noticed, two classes are now mandated to wear masks.  I meet with a team prior to determining if we need to go 'recommended' or 'mandatory'.  We look at attendance and where the student may have been exposed.  If you ever have questions on these decisions, please let me know.  I'm happy to meet.  I appreciate all the support this year as we work through each unique situation.

Christmas Trees - Please let Bob know if you would like to put your tree up this year.  

Authentic Confidence Book Study - Thank you for your interest in this book study.  I'm excited to get started.  I will be working with the SLT to determine next steps with facilitating this.  Survey feedback did show an interest in having discussions after school.  I hope to have our first meeting prior to the winter break!

Food Drive - Please promote this district wide event in your family communications.

November 13 - World Kindness Day - Thank you PBIS and Kristin for promoting this!  Kristin has put together some great activities for your classrooms this week.  Please see her with any questions.

Kaukauna Educators' Legacy Fund - You should have found a flyer in your mailbox as well.  Please consider applying for a KELF grant.  This great organization wants to help our schools in any way.  Thank you for taking a look at it.

**Reminder** - Leadership Survey (adjusted to not collect emails, sorry about that) - I am trying out a new survey this year to measure my leadership.  It is 10 questions long and has a focus on our overall school performance culture.  Please click here to fill it out.  Thank you!
