**NEW**Equity Walk Update - Please review this communication regarding our upcoming Equity Walk.

PT Conference Sign-up - We plan to go live with the sign-up on Friday morning. Please let Jean know the times you need blocked off for previously scheduled conferences.

Food Drive - Later this week each classroom will be getting a box to collect food drive items. The NHS drive runs from Nov. 8-18.

Staff Meeting - Many of you were not able to attend the staff meeting on Thursday morning. Please take a look at the visuals posted on the wall in the lounge (one is above as well). We discussed them and reflected on different responses to behaviors we experience. We also reviewed this Seclusion & Restraint document. Please take a look at this and see me with any questions. You can check the agenda in the Tanner Staff Shared Drive as well. Finally, we started our time together by decorating a paper pumpkin and writing what we are grateful for on it. Please decorate, cut out and post on your door for all to enjoy.
